Cleaning

Cleaning products for refrigeration and air conditioning systems play an ever-increasing part in maintenance operations and are subject to very stringent Health & Safety measures. IDS stocks a complete range of cleaning products formulated to offer fast and effective solutions to problems regarding the internal and external cleaning of AC&R systems.

FRIONETT

Frionett range of branded products introduced by Dehon Group are specially designed to fit the demand of rapid and very satisfactory solutions for the external cleaning of installations.

Designed for the external cleaning of coils, evaporators, condensers, filters, ventilation and air handling equipment; products for the treatment of water and drip trays are also included. Many products in the range have been independently tested and approved to EU standards for preventing the growth of bacteria and fungi. In addition, much of the range contains sanitising properties, in the form of an active Virucide, fungicide and bactericide, and so providing protection against bacteria such as legionella, salmonella and listeria.

Products features are: Cleaning, Degreasing, Deoxidizing, Sanitizing and Deodorizing.

Aerosols

FRIONETT 360 SPRAY		FRIOSOLV SPRAY
	Heavy duty cleaning foam that can be used in food contact environments, such as coldrooms, refrigeration equipment, ventilation filters, treated surfaces must be washed with clean water after using the product.		Fast evaporating powerful degreaser with no need for rinsing. Friosolve spray is non conductive and non flammable.
FRIONETT CLIM		FRIONETT GERM
	Powerful heater and air conditioner cleaner and sanitizer active foam spray. Frionett Clim has a long lasting effect, disinfecting, deodorising and sanitising.		Surface disinfectant for hard non porous surfaces and ventilation ducts, Frionett Germ uses a fogger type light spray

Liquids

FRIONETT 1		FRIONETT 2
	Powerful acid based concentrated liquid coil cleaning foam.		Powerful alkaline concentrated liquid coil cleaning foam for routine maintenance, can be used in dilutions for different jobs: 1 to 4 condensers, 1 to 8 evaporators and 1 to 20 for light cleaning.
FRIONETT 2 RTU
	Ready to use liquid coil cleaning foam.

Water Treatment

PAN STRIPS
	Condensate drain, pan or catch basin strips. Frionett pan strips avoid microbial, bacterial, mould, slime algae or virus growth and are anticorrosive. Available in 14g strips they refresh and sanitise for up to 6 months.

Other Products

FRIOSOLV WIPES
	Solvent saturated wipes for machine parts cleaning and degreasing, no lint deposit, tear resistant and residue free quick drying.
FRIONETT PASTE
	Waterless highly effective hand cleaner gel. Formulated using hard working surfactants, mild solvent, a blend of skin conditioning creams and pumice scrubbers. Cleans stubborn grime from hands whilst protecting the skin.

Nettogaz Greenclean

NETTOGAZ Greenclean is an effective flushing and cleaning replacement for the prohibited ozone depleting R11 and R414b, in new and existing refrigeration systems. Greenclean removes impurities and contaminants that could cause system problems, such as burn out, acid formation, lubricant deterioration and build up of oxides

For the INTERNAL cleaning of refrigeration and air conditioning systems after compressor burnout or particle accumulation to compensate for the loss of R-141b, Dehon service has developed and patented a cleaning concept based on the use of a cleaning agent pressurised by means of a transport fluid: Nettogaz Greenclean. Greenclean is a non-toxic, nonflammable, flushing product of low viscosity and easily removed from the system. In addition to the scouring effects of the cleaning agent, the blend is designed to foam in the system to be cleaned, which dramatically increases the cleaning power of the product.

The Nettogaz Greenclean kit is adapted to clean small and medium-sized installations or circuit components.

Each kit is equipped with 1/4” or 3/8” connections, stored in a briefcase together with the following items:
- 1 x manifold with 6 easy to use valves and a sight glass to check the state of the liquid
- 1 x transparent hose and several other hoses for easy application
- 1 x thermostatically controlled heating belt
- 1 x detailed set of instructions.
